Recap of my Web 2.0 Course
So for school I gotta do a recap of sorts about the semester and answer a few questions about a certain class. :3
•One thing you liked about the teacher in this course.
A) :D I liked everything about my teacher in this course. He's awesome and helpful and really nice and everything <3
•One thing the teacher could have done better in this course? This could have to do with any aspect from emails, face to face meetings, the amount of instruction in each assignment, the course design. Please be specific because it will help me make changes for next year.
A) ... Well, maybe there could be a little bit more information on the assignments, and somewhere to go if students needed more help. For example, what if you needed help with something and the teacher wasn't there at the moment? You'd get no help. D: maybe some way that the teacher could find a link or a site or something to help the students with extra help.
•What tool did you find the most useful? (blogs, wikis, Animoto, Flickr etc)
A) I really like the blog option. It's fun and you can do what you want (technically) •Which tool is the least useful? A) The skype thing. I couldn't even get to it. I don't have headphone thingies or whatever it called for.
•Which tool was the most fun or least fun?
A) I honestly hate flickr. I love photobucket though :3 I mean creative commons limits your search from, like, 20 searches to like 10 or 5. Not worth it. I don't like it at all, and sometimes I don't get what I want at all. D:
•Anything you would like to learn more about that we never touched on?
A) ... Hmmmmmm. Maybe something about creating your own website would be, like, super freaking amazing right there. That'd be really cool :3

Mabinogi-desu~ ^__^
Mabinogi is an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) that's for the PC. You can make a lot of your own choices (you don't have to stick to the typical mage/cleric/warrior/ranger/whatever) and go practically anywhere you want. It's in a fantasy setting (elves, goblins, etc.) and you are allowed to have pets that fight alongside you. You can also get married!
While you're not out fighting bears or spiders, you can compose music or sit around a friend's campfire while they play music. There's a lot of towns to explore and quests to do in the meantime. There is a storyline, though, and you can choose whether you want to do the quests that follow the storyline. On the other hand, if you want to buy something on the site, it costs real money by getting NX cards from stores like Blockbuster or Best Buy. With the cards, though, you can buy lots of different items you couldn't ever get on the game.
The reason I love this game is the freedom. You can open a store, buy a house (though it's crazy expensive), have your own pets, get married (can't have kids though) or just chill out in the square. The graphics are good, too, and the NPCs are designed anime-style and they'll help you on your...'journey'. If I had to rate this game, I'd give it 5 out of 5. :3
*Game Trailer* :D
Shumi-desu~ (Hobbies) ^__^
I love anime and manga. It's my life. In my spare time, I doodle in my practically-used up notebook and try coming up with manga pages for one I'm working on. I guess you could say it's my hobby (I believe I'm still a novice at drawing, though).
I've tried to find lots and lots of books on how to work with paneling and transition and making better characters and stuff like that. It's hard to find the right one. The library really helps, though. (While I try to find how-to books, I also try to check out books on anything about Japan.) ^__^
